Projects, and what each one had to solve.
Three builds with different problems: an event weekend with a hard deadline and four audiences, a product site with exactly one action, and a platform selling something the visitor cannot see. Each write-up covers what it had to do and how it was approached.
No results claimed.
You will notice these write-ups contain no conversion lifts, no traffic percentages and no revenue figures. That is deliberate.
We do not hold verified before-and-after numbers for these builds, and the industry norm of publishing an impressive percentage with no source attached is worth less than nothing — if we would invent a number for our own portfolio, you could not trust the ones in your audit either.
What is here instead is what each site had to do, what was built, and what made it interesting. Where a real, sourced figure exists in future, it will appear with its source.
Start with the audit.
Twelve checks against your live site, findings in plain English, and a concept of your homepage rebuilt. Free, and no pitch unless you ask.
